Eleni’s Kitchen and Bar is an authentic Greek Restaurant in the heart of Yarraville Village named after the family’s matriarch Yiayia Eleni who has been cooking in Yarraville since 1971. Yiayia Eleni’s family has been part of Yarraville’s history since 1952 and they have owned numerous businesses in the area for the past 70 years.

Eleni’s features four dining areas reminiscent of Greek tavernas of old with a rustic contemporary ambience. The Terrace and Dimitri’s Garden are popular new outdoor areas during warmer months. Private function spaces are also available.

Eleni’s is best known for chargrilled seafood and meat from the spit, banquet menu, vegan options from Yiayia Eleni’s Home Favourites and a fantastic range of traditional and contemporary desserts. Takeaway and catering are also available.

Eleni’s monthly event The Greek Tavern Night with live Greek Music, dancing and plate smashing is a popular spectacle with locals and visitors alike and it’s the best way to experience Eleni’s Authentic Greek food, Greek culture and warm Greek hospitality.
