Saffy (she/her) is a disability advocate available for social media work, speaking and writing. you can find her on Instagram at @neurosparklysaffy

As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD woman that is also living with chronic illness, Saffy has experienced her fair share of adversity and now shares her experiences online. Saffy shares her realities of living as a disabled woman, as well as her passionate advocacy for all neurodivergent and disabled people through her Instagram page (@neurosparklysaffy), YouTube channel (Saffron Canny-Smith), and her blog (neurosparklysaffy.com).
Her content focuses on a mix of light and dark topics. Saffy highlights lived experiences of ableism and the inaccessibility faced in community life, but also balances out her content by sharing her fun outfits, or dopamine dressing, and the autistic joy she experiences.
Saffy brings her passion for disability advocacy to the community as well as her energy and joy for life.
Saffy is available for content creation work and is looking to work and promote local small businesses that align with her values. She is also available for writing opportunities in the disability and accessibility space.
Saffy has had 5 years of training in public speaking and specialises in sharing her story and the importance of inclusion and accessibility at business events, fundraisers and on panels.
