About the Yarraville kingsville Business Association
The Yarraville Kingsville Business Association (also known as the YKBA) is a member-driven organisation representing local businesses within Yarraville & Kingsville, centered around Yarraville Village on Anderson and Ballarat Streets
Established in 1999, the Association brings together retailers, cafés, creative services, and artisans to collectively promote the precinct and strengthen community ties
YKBA actively supports its members through community-led events such as the flagship Yarraville Festival, which attracts over 25,000 visitors each year, and targeted initiatives like the “Yarraville Sounds” summer series and Halloween village activations with live music and entertainment
It also holds regular networking meetups—to foster collaboration, advocacy, and idea-sharing among businesses
