Big 5 Fitness is a local group training gym that focuses on strength-based interval training. We want to help people of all fitness levels get stronger, more conditioned, and improve their overall fitness.

  • Two membership options:

    • MOVE — roughly 50/50 mix of strength + cardio.

    • LIFT — heavier on strength (~80%) with less cardio (~20%).

  • Training style:
    Strength + conditioning, with resistance training being central. They design programs to be achievable and sustainable, tailoring them based on where you are currently.
