About the Yarraville Business Association
The Yarraville Business Association (also known as the Yarraville Traders Association) is a member-driven organisation representing local businesses within Melbourne’s 3013 postcode, centred around Yarraville Village on Anderson and Ballarat Streets
Established in 1999, the Association brings together retailers, cafés, creative services, and artisans to collectively promote the precinct and strengthen community ties
YBA actively supports its members through community-led events such as the flagship Yarraville Festival, which attracts over 25,000 visitors each year, and targeted initiatives like the “Yarraville Sounds” summer series and Halloween village activations with live music and entertainment
It also holds regular networking meetups—hosted in venues like Yarraville Blooms—to foster collaboration, advocacy, and idea-sharing among businesses
Through its vibrant events, local promotions, and cohesive business community, the Yarraville Business Association plays a vital role in nurturing growth, collaboration, and economic vibrancy in this award-winning inner-west precinct.
